Key Responsibilities


As an RGN or RMN with Plan B Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a hospital setting. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:


- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications in line with professional standards and guidelines.
- Accurately monitor and record patient observations and clinical information.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and professional nursing standards at all times.

Key Job Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).


Previous hospital-based nursing experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
- Flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts.
- Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional nursing responsibilities.

Shift Information

- Up to 6 shifts per week available.
- Day shifts available.
- Night shifts available.
- Weekend shifts available.
- Ongoing work subject to hospital requirements and shift availability.
