In addition to a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants, we have a Clinical Nurse Manager who is responsible for staffing and training and heading up the registration department.

Our Nursing Manager is a Registered General Nurse qualified to degree level with a recognised teaching qualification. She is a First Aid Instructor as well as Fire Safety Marshal, Manual Handling Instructor and Level 4 Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Instructor. She works with a Deputy Nurse Manager and a team of Satellite Recruiters who are all Registered General Nurses and are taken through a Supervisory course and encouraged to be NVQ Assessors.

All our Healthcare Assistants therefore are qualified at NVQ level and are banded internally according to their level of knowledge and experience. We however, do not turn anyone away who doesn?t have experience; we take un-qualified carers through an in-house certificate of care skills programme before progressing them onto the NVQ Level qualification. We are working with Train to Gain to access free NVQ funding for our healthcare staff and our assessments and supervision are based on the competencies of Skills for Health, which we are a part of.
